a Buyer’s Agent in a New Home Community, we will advise and represent you
with no fees to
you. The builder will pay all realtor fees. Due to agency law in Maryland,
the builder’s sales person can only represent the builder, leaving you the
buyer without representation. If you visit the builder without
Jackie, Patrick, Or Karey, the builder will not pay our fees and we cannot
represent you. The New Home Price will be
the same whether or not you are represented by a Realtor.
